New product offering development.
Localize global products and components which exceed CRD offering.
Standardize non-std components to reduce diversification and seek for profitability.
High rise components second source development.
Build up new product full chain engineering competence.
Type test for elevator & components.
Maintain and make certificates update based on TSG or GB requirement.
Implement KTI high rise purple project to China supply line.
Implement KTI CRs to GCN elevator engineering.
Collect most used non-std solutions to KTI for standardization (C to A).
Significant site feedback support both for NEB and SEB.
Support mock-up checking, on-site support.
Support sourcing saving actions to realize the targets.
Participate Quality Plan meeting and technical review meeting.
Perform technical feasibility study and provide solution.
Root cause analysis and CA action handling.
Write or compile WI/C-SO/Memo.
Develops engineering related processes/tools.
Complete the complex tasks which assigned by chief designer or team leader.
RA for special case.

Bachelor’s degree, with engineering background.
At least 5 years’ work experience in mechanical design work, preferred in elevator industry.
Elevator Code / Regulation knowledge.
Good command of AutoCAD software.
Good command of PRO-E (Cero 9.0) software.
Familiar with elevator layout including system calculation and layout modification.
Familiar with Windchill Vali Client and PDM system is considered advantage.
Experience with 3D software to make force analysis is considered advantage.
Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean and/or other proven methodologies.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Effective networking skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
