Job Summary:
The Endo Clinical Education Manager is responsible for developing and delivering specialized training and education programs for both external healthcare professionals & internal sales team. The role involves partnering with marketing team & sales team to enhance clinical and technical skills, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met through advanced surgical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement high-quality, customized education programs tailored to targeted internal & external customers.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions focused on quality clinical and technical application, ensuring the trainees can apply their learnings effectively.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., medical institutions, industry associations) to expand educational opportunities.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical business practices and regulatory standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the impact of training programs and adjust offerings based on participant progress and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical education, healthcare administration, or clinical sciences).
- Experience: Proven experience at least 5-8 years in clinical education, training, or healthcare management, preferably in a medical technology or surgical context.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and program management skills; ability to engage with healthcare professionals at all levels.
