Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with 8 years or above experiences in retail training function, and Fashion/luxury /Jewelry industries is a plus. You are a charismatic and inspiring leader who can engage and motivate diverse audiences. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. You are proficient in MS office software, especially Powerpoint.


What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Associate Training Director. You will be the project leader, content expert, and execution promoter, leading a team of trainers and one of the area’s dedicated trainers. You will be fully responsible for the implementation of the company's key training programs, promote the improvement of trainers' capabilities and performance growth, and support the realization of the company's strategic goals. You are required to have a solid foundation in professional training, outstanding project management skills, and a profound understanding of the business. In this function you will:

Strategic planning and system optimization

  • Participate in formulating training strategies: Based on the company's overall development strategy and the sales targets of each retail channel (such as sales volume, market share, high-end PC, HJ, PC), propose corresponding annual training strategies and plans to the line manager
  • Improve the training system: Be responsible for perfecting the company's complete training system, and propose optimization plans including the training system, process, standards, course system, assessment model, etc.
  • Demand Analysis and Proposal: Delve into departments such as retail, marketing, and product, and propose training requirements through data analysis

Course roll out and subsequent evaluation

  • Be familiar with all training courses and be able to teach independently
  • The training strategies/goals are communicated to each area, and the implementation and feedback of area trainers are closely tracked throughout the year.
  • Organize the training implementation: coordinate, plan and organize various training activities to ensure that the training is carried out on time and with high quality under the company's goals
  • Training effect evaluation: Establish a scientific training effect evaluation mechanism, assess the training effect through methods such as assessment, performance tracking, and feedback surveys, and continuously optimize the training plan

Service and Experience: Implement Maison's culture and service standards

  • Analyze the service ratings of the boutique and formulate short-term/medium-to long-term service improvement action plans
  • Integrate the monthly service data of the whole country and each area and summarize the key points. For boutiques that fail to meet the service standards, formulate corresponding improvement action plans with area trainers/area managers/store management
  • Through on-site observation and guidance, ensure the service level of Maison and provide feedback and requirements

Team Development and Management

  • Lead the trainers and establish work follow-up mechanism to enhance their professional teaching ability and comprehensive capabilities in various aspects. Build a sustainable internal force for knowledge dissemination
  • Guide area trainers (based on KPIs-on-site observation and reporting, One-on-one with SA) provide suggestions for the development plans of store employees, and be responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation and development of the training team
  • Regularly visit stores, diagnose problems existing in sales, service, management and other aspects of the stores, integrate the problems and provide guidance and rectification plans to area trainers to help trainers improve store performance and service

Cross-departmental collaboration and business support

  • Closely business collaboration: Proactively maintain close communication with Area Managers and departments such as sales performance, marketing, product, and operation, deeply understand business pain points and challenges, lead area trainers to provide training support, and directly link training with business outcomes

Budget Management and Market Focus

  • Responsible for the preparation, control and optimization of the training budget to ensure the effectiveness and high return rate of resource input
  • Pay attention to the new training trends in industry and establish external cooperation, introduce high-quality external resources, and enrich the training content
