Duties and responsibilities:
Full responsible for all boutique and retail office administration job, include
1.Weekly boutique package system ordering and coordination
2.Boutiques payment system application and corresponding documentation process including cleaning, engraving, traffic counter, stationery, telephone, water fee etc.
3.Shopping mall documentation chop process
4.Monthly boutique petty cash summaries
5.Translation of relevant documents
6.Uniform order placement and follow up
7.Various offline reports collection and project support
Requirement:
-Undergraduate
-Good English , excel, word, PowerPoint skill
-Ownership and mature character, good communication skill and positive attitude
-Team-working spirit
