Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for setting the brand strategy and defining growth strategies for China and bring alignment with key stakeholders.
Consistently deliver the performance framework and activity plans with excellence
Lead the development of lip, hand, PJ and core body innovations designed for China, potentially roll out to Greater Asia and other regions.
Lead social-first communication development of key big bets, including but not limited to KV, MSP and social contents.
Develop a strong partnership with the local China team to ensure smooth OTIF launch of innovation projects.
Effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (CMI, R&D, Finance, SC) based across China and Greater Asia.
Effectively manage a network of agencies and partners to unlock creativity and efficiency to land projects with speed and with success.
The roles of duties are not exhaustive or fixed and may change according to business requirements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At least 4 years marketing experience for innovation and brand communication, Ideally within beauty and skincare category
Excellent brand development skills with strong track record in delivering breakthrough innovations (0-1innovation experience is a must)
Proven track record in digital communication development across multiple media channels. Experience with social assets development will be a plus.
Passion for trends, new formats, design and touch of beauty.
A good balance of strategic, analytical and creative skills
Passion for high performance, and widely regarded as a talent catalyst.
High quality leadership with a track record of building motivated and strong teams – and ability to interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category and brand.
Must be fluent in Mandarin & English and have experience in the China market
Building collaboration and working in virtual teams
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
