Main Purpose of this role: summary
Develop a category growing strategy for online and offline, set a brand benchmark model in omni , and category value creation trade selling story
Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure top line business delivery
1. Category S&OP / Promotion & Baseline including TTS/Inventory management
•Take full responsibility of volume forecast and delivery and resource allocation with dynamic management
•Delivery sales TGT and TTS management
•Work with MKT/ Omni Sales Team to develop category/brand activation
•Manage omni-channel pricing to ensure investment efficiency
2. Joint business planning and implementation
•Lead the signing of annual Joint Business Plan with customers, coordinate product portfolio, promotion plan and new product launch strategy.
•In-depth analysis of customer business data (POS, inventory turnover, promotion ROI) to provide customized category growth solutions.
3. Category Innovation & Market insight feedback
•Work with RCSP & sales team on innovation deployment team to fulfill category demand space
•Monitor competitive product dynamics and retail trends, output channel insights, and drive innovative channel projects
4. Cross-function Collaboration
•Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize customer service processes (e.g., order fulfillment , account period management).
•Maintain close communication with the offline sales team to ensure efficient channel execution, aiming to continuously enhance market share.
•Collaborate with the online sales team to explore the development of the ECDT store matrix, optimize investment efficiency, and drive online sales growth.
Requirements:
•Prefer offline, esp. new channel, better with Online or Trade marketing experience
•3 years FMCG working experience
•Good communication and business sense
