Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects for office infrastructure, including network design, setup, and changes (LAN/WAN, internal networks, firewalls, PIVPN).
• Manage the implementation and configuration of office access control systems, ensuring physical security integration with IT systems.
• Oversee the application and secondary development of mainstream Business Intelligence (BI) tools, with the ability to independently and rapidly deliver simple data analysis results.
• Drive the enterprise-level setup and ongoing management of intelligent mobile office tools and collaboration platforms, enhancing internal communication and productivity.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and security risks, analyze requirements, and translate them into prioritized IT solutions that maximize operational efficiency and resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within office IT operations, leveraging new technologies and embracing agile methodologies.
• Manage project risks, effectively resolve complex issues, and ensure strict adherence to Ford IT standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (including business users, facilities, security, vendors, and global IT counterparts) to deliver integrated solutions and cultivate strong, productive partnerships.
• Embody Ford IT's core culture of collaboration, innovation, and strong ownership, consistently demonstrating a powerful inner drive and maintaining a resilient, positive attitude even in demanding environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive IT experience, with exposure to project-based work or IT operations.
• Some experience (e.g., 0-1 year) in a project support or coordination role is a plus.
• Familiarity with cross-functional integration concepts.
• Exposure to Marketing, Sales, and Service (MSS) business functions, with an interest in Aftersales Service and IT Security.
• Basic understanding of business requirement/process elaboration, analysis, and design, particularly for Sales & Aftersales Service.
• Ability to learn to understand customer needs and contribute to translating them into IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT concepts relevant to Sales & Aftersales Service, Supply Chain, and IT Security.
• Basic knowledge of contemporary Sales & Aftersales Service IT solutions (e.g., DMS, Parts Management) or IT Security tools/standards.
• Awareness of cross-functional integration principles.
• Low-code development capability is a plus.
• Willingness to pursue project management accreditation or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master) is a plus.
