Responsibilities:

-Responsible for developing, designing, validating, and implementing manufacturing processes for new products;

-Analyze the cause and give solutions for technical problems occurred in workshop; Assist relevant Departments to handle problems; Make decision for Non-conformity parts from manufacturing process, and deliver solutions;

-Responsible for continuous improvement work in the factory, including production process optimization, tooling improvement, etc;

-Collaborate with the Quality Department to establish and maintain process standards for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality management systems, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery or equivalent;

-More than 5 years of experience in motor process engineering, specializing in process development, optimization, and validation;

-Familiar with CAD, CAXA and other drawing related software;

-Good English in oral, listening and writing.
