Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in PFC related pricing strategy
- Develop PFC revenue analytics model through: collecting, cleansing and processing internal and external data, developing and improving analytical tools, identifying key factors that affects demand
- Compile tracking reports for offer changes and developments through analyzing data, and propose actionable plans from perspectives such as inventory management
- Clarify data requirements for building standardized data structure to support future data analyses
- Conduct competitive study and market assessment
- Conduct price benchmarks from multiple sources
- Communicate with partners to ensure pricing implementation runs smoothly
- Develop reports templates as needed
- Accurately update the regular report
- Provide insights on business performance from the regular reports
- Involved in development and measurement of revenue driving initiatives
- Communicate with partners for logistics and schedule for the initiatives’ implementation
- Estimate and measure the impact of the initiatives by data-driven methodologies
- Provide recommendations on revenue driving initiatives proactively
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or college degree and above
- Major in Math, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business Analysis, Revenue Management/Pricing, Finance or other related areas
- Can intern for at least 3-5 days per week
- Strong data visualization skills, and past project experiences with one or more of the software: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, SPSS
- Proficiency with at least one or more of the following programming languages: VBA, SAS, SQL, Python, R
- Strong business acumen and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
- Strategic / creative thinking and logical thinking with attention to detail
- Strong partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
