该职位向运营发展资深经理汇报，作为运营团队及各类合作伙伴的核心协作方，助力上海迪士尼度假区内由 WDI（华特迪士尼幻想工程）主导的大型项目开发工作。同时，该职位需带领一支运营发展专业团队，负责新项目设计、建设及顺利运营相关的所有任务。
您将为各项目的运营负责人提供支持，并作为整合者，确保项目目标与方向以及各职能部门的需求保持一致并有效整合。
工作内容：
- 您将在上海迪士尼度假区内支持或主导运营发展项目，具体包括：
o 项目规划与方案制定；
o 统筹管理度假区内由华特迪士尼幻想工程（WDI）主导的大型项目；
o 牵头制定项目范围，涵盖景点、游客到达体验、迪士尼小镇及酒店等项目；
o 与上海迪士尼度假区内各合作方协作，确保运营需求得到满足并实现项目顺利移交；
o 在项目周期内，确保与国际设计团队的合作始终保持一致性并顺利推进。 - 您将管理并带领一支多元化的运营发展专业团队：
o 通过指导、辅导和培训，支持团队成员的职业发展；
o 合理分配工作负荷，及时排除障碍并解决各类挑战。 - 您将积极与所有相关政府部门建立合作，代表上海迪士尼度假区推动项目顺利执行。
- 您需运用全面整合的业务管理经验、运营专业知识，并结合关键合作方的意见，助力创意开发过程。
- 您要促进沟通与决策，在各类运营需求、多方意见与项目整体战略目标之间实现有效平衡。
- 您需发掘并提出优质的游客体验方案，融入所有设计环节；兼顾当前本地需求，并借鉴行业内的成功案例与数据。
- 您需协调识别关键路径问题，准备所需的讨论文件，并明确沟通及决策所需的关键合作方，以支持创意与运营需求的整合工作。
- 您将对接相应的领导层，获得直接指导并确保项目从启动到交付持续推进。

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations Development and supports the operations development as an integral partner with Operations Teams and a variety of partners in the development of large scale WDI-driven projects throughout the Shanghai Disney Resort. This position also leads a group of Operations Development professionals in all the tasks associated with the design, construction, and successful operation of a new project.
You will support operations leaders for their respective projects and serve as an integrator to ensure that objectives and direction, along with functional area requirements, are aligned and integrated.
What You’ll Do:
- You will support or lead operational development projects within the Shanghai Disney Resort, including:
- Program development;
- Project managing large scale WDI-driven projects throughout the Resort;
- Lead the development of scope for projects supporting Attractions, Guest Arrival Experience, Disney Town, and Hotels.
- Partnering with partners across Shanghai Disney Resort to ensure needs are met and projects are successfully turned over.
- Ensure consistency and a successful partnership with the international design team throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- You will manage and lead a diverse team of Operations Development professionals.
- Supporting their professional development through mentoring, coaching, and training.
- Managing their workload and helping to remove barriers and solve challenges as they arise.
- You will actively participate in partnering with all relevant government agencies, helping to represent Shanghai Disney Resort in the successful execution of projects.
- You will apply fully integrated business management experience, operational expertise and input from key partners to assist in the creative development process;
- You will facilitate dialogue and decision-making that effectively balances the various operational needs and inputs with the broader strategic intent of the projects;
- Identify and contribute superior Guest experiences to be incorporated in all designs, recognizing current local needs, and applying successful comparable data from the segment and industry;
- You will coordinate identification of critical path issues, prepare required documentation for discussion and identify key stakeholders required for dialogue and decisions needed to support the integration of creative and operational needs;
- You will engage appropriate leadership groups to provide direct guidance and maintain the progress from inception to delivery.
