通过打造高效能团队,持续高质量执行上海迪士尼度假区运营的各类跨职能项目,以提升游客体验并达成商业结果;通过整合跨业务线资源,优化内部工具和流程,以提升运营效率。
工作内容:
- 协助制作和执行未来景点、园区、乐园或酒店的开发整合方案。
- 代表运营部整合和协调各业务线的工作,为各重要项目提供运营方案。
- 执行跨职能项目,计划,组织,沟通并解决各类问题,确保项目的成功交付。
- 制定,管理并优化与新产品相关的制度,流程和使用工具,并与合作伙伴沟通协调,确保新产品在各大销售平台和运营现场执行的正确性和有效性。
- 参与设计PFC各类产品,评估新产品的可行性并提供优化方案。
- 执行与 PFC 相关新产品的各项工作,确保产品规则,系统设置,购买流程,跨职能沟通,现场运营和应急预案的正确性和完整性。
- 组建、领导并鼓舞一支提供最高服务水准并注重细节的团队,为团队提供定期辅导和反馈,传授知识以提高团队的整体绩效。
- 评估和管理团队及个人的工作绩效,必要时采取奖励、认可、绩效管理或处罚措施。
- 管理团队工作的优先级、响应突发状况和倡议、监控运营工作并提供整改措施以确保日常运营的顺利开展。
- 制定并管理部门知识和关键信息。
- 完成上级分配指定的其他任务
我们希望您:
- 学士学位或以上学历。
- 具有商业敏锐度,对服务业有深刻理解。
- 具备财务,营销,法务,技术和市场营销相关的整体意识。
- 至少具备7至10年的运营管理、活动管理、运营咨询、变更管理或相关领域工作经验,并对国内跨国公司的工作模式有深刻了解。
- 具备大型跨职能会议及讨论会的经验。
- 具备团队管理经验,能够辅导下属并发展团队。
- 熟练的中英文口语和书面表达能力。

Position: Operations Integration Manager

Job Summary:
Build a high-performance team, consistently deliver cross-functional projects in high quality, to improve guest experience and business results; integrate cross-LOB resources, and optimize internal procedures and tools to improve operation efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the development and execution of an integrated opening plan for future attractions, lands, Park or hotel.
- Represent Operations to support all key Shanghai Disney Resort projects by integrating and coordinating all relevant Lines of Businesses’ efforts.
- Develop, organize, communicate and solve problems to execute cross-functional new initiatives.
- Develop, manage and optimize New Product related policy, procedure, tools and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of new product launch for sales and onsite operation.
- Advice on PFC new products, evaluate holist feasibility and provide solution.
- Implement PFC new products, and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of business rules, system set up, purchase flow, communication across LOB, onsite operation and contingency plan.
- Develop, lead and motivate a team that delivers the highest level of results, and pay attention to details. Provide regular coaching & feedback, transfer knowledge, and identify opportunities to empower team.
- Performance management: measure and review results for both team and individuals. When necessary take action: reward, recognize, performance manage, disciplinary action.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing priorities among team, adapting to unplanned situations or initiatives, monitoring operations and providing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage internal knowledge and key information.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader
What To Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Strong business acumen and service industry insights

- At least 7-10 years of working experience in operations management, event managements, operations consulting, change management, or similar area with good understanding of practices at multinational companies in China.
- Experience in facilitating large-scale cross-functional meetings and workshops.
- Experience in team management, good at couching direct report and team development.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in diverse cultural and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and pay attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize the work under tight timeline.
- Proactive, positive, forward thinking, goal oriented team leader.
