Role & Responsibility
1. Manage, plan, design and execute policies and methods for the organization’s process engineering operation
2. Production Support: problem analysis, design problem (include VC, process, etc) follow up till solve at on line unit;
3. Clarify unit's spec. if BOM and Spec. not align;
4. Provide on-site solution when fitter facing problem, special for Non-STD option;
5. WO/VO breakdown, for PD easy understand to implement;
6. Provide estimate assembly time for VO requirement; maintenance WO additional assembly time in O & T system;
7. Trouble shooting for method; argue for drawing & BOM version, etc; handle MES Andon close;
8. Issues solving in system level such as design mistake, eg. advance sort related SO for Top 5 impact case; or using WO link to PO to solve design problem in short term;
9. Push Engineering Team to update WO content into SAP system; push KTO to solve design problem base on priority level;
10. Provide support for efficiency improve's test; Provide support quality improve test. Participate in lean project;
11. Provide related report,eg,WO weekly / monthly report /Weekly operate report / PD monthly report ......
12. Major rework provide instruction (need accept for scope, not restrict format);
13. Provide technical support for other dept., eg. Approve for Non-conformity concession form & missing parts delivery application form...
14. Optimization dept.'s work to make work more accurate and efficiency, Special for TP drawing & Packing list.
Basic requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and major in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. Good communication ability of Mandarin and English; sound PC skills; basic knowledge of production methods process & IE, teamwork spirit.
3. Strong leadership skills and previous experience on PE
4. Project management & quality knowledge are preferred.
5. Over 8 years’ relevant experiences with at least 2 years in a leader position, especially leadership of dispersed and diverse teams
6. Strong ownership mindset, self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility
