Report to B&W Sr. HRBP Manager - Marketing & R&D
Responsibilities
This role will partner with Business Leaders to provide HR support, including but not limited to work force planning, recruitment, organizational development and talent management, etc.
Support organization development to build capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness. Identify learning needs based on capabilities & skills gaps, develop and implement local deployment learning plans for business functions.
Develop a high-performance organizational culture with collaborative ambiance and ensure efficiency.
Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR services to the business to support the entire employee life cycle HR operations.
Work together with key stakeholders to make regular employee engagement as well as proper handling of employee relations.
Lead ad-hoc projects based on business needs
Requirements
Over 4 years extensive Human Resources experience, BP experience in multinational companies preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in talent attraction, retention, workforce planning, employee engagement, etc.
Proven success of having created an inclusive climate, empowering their teams and their business partners to be their best, building talent intimacy and successful teams and building trust and respect with business leaders.
Experience in organizational design and change management where they have influenced and supported the business to have a more effective organization in structure, rhythm, and ways of working.
Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
Bachelor’s degree or above
