Main Job Purpose:
China Logistic SHE manager has overall responsibility for assisting GTM SHE manager & UL logistic operation team in driving, sustaining, and implementing Safety, Health & Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence at UL sites. The client scope includes all the warehouses in Customer Operations, especially UL owned warehouse like Hefei Mega DC，Tianjin Warehouse in the geography.

The risks include primarily in high-risk operation in logistic, people safety, automation warehouse design and implementation, emergency planning, fire safety & other SHE improvement activities. S/he is responsible for all Unilever employees, contractors and third-party suppliers in the scope.

Key Accountabilities: 主要职责
•Data consolidate for Safety KPI’s from all partners in China logistics and distribution centers. 负责中国区物流的安全绩效。
•Implement SHE requirement in new projects design, installation, commission and final acceptance. 在新项目设计、安装、调试和验收过程中执行SHE 要求。
•Lead China logistic team for hazard identification and risk assessment 指导中国区物流团队完成风险识别和风险评估的相关工作。
•Lead warehouse onsite safety management for UL employees, 3rd part employee & 3rd party logistic drivers, contractors, especially in new ASRS warehouse. 在仓库, 特别是自动化立体库为UL员工、第三方员工和第三方物流司机、承包商提供现场安全管理。

•Plan & Participates in Emergency Planning and Response 规划并实施应急计划并演练。
•Support site leaders in incident investigation and analysis。协助现场负责人完成相关事故调查和分析。
•Conduct trend analysis from incidents, near misses, safe behavior observations and deep compliance audits

•Maintains local expertise in specific GTM SHE technologies like mechanized material handling equipment safety (MMHE), safe driving, machine safety, emergency planning and response, etc. 支持各物流现场符合GTM SHE 的相关要求， 如：物料搬运安全、安全驾驶、设备安全、应急计划与相应等。
•Implement SHE reporting system from 3rd party logistics 建立三方物流运作的报告体系
•Maintain logistic SHE networks with site SHE and key stakeholders 维持物流SHE和关键相关方的沟通
•Support or perform GTM SHE internal & external audit 支持内外部审计
Experience Required: 经验要求
ESSENTIAL
•Experience in automation logistic management自动化物流相关经验
•University degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent industrial experience理工科学位或同等行业经验
•Good knowledge of Manufacturing or Logistic safety management 良好的制造或物流安全管理知识
•Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management
良好的分析思维和项目管理经验
•Influencing skills, Presenting skills, people management 良好的影响力、演讲技巧、人员管理能力
•Good observation and auditing skills
良好的观察和审计能力
•Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills 英语书写、口语、沟通技巧优秀

PREFERRED
•Certificated safety engineer 注册安全工程师
•5-7 years’ experience in a factory or logistic based role or Safety, Health or Environmental role.
5-7 年工厂或物流工作或安全、健康或环境工作经验。
•At least 1-year experience in a supervisory role with direct or non-direct reports.
至少一年的直接或非直接下属监督经验。
•Advanced degree in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental 有职业健康、安全与环境高级学位
