• Independently lead Rice Cracker brand communication and in-store/EC activation
• Co-create and flawlessly execute channel-specific activation plans that directly connect marketing campaigns to shelf presence and drive sell-out growth.
• Assist line manage in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver activation on time
• Take full ownership of product renovation and IPAR projects, managing the entire process
• Monitor campaign performance and market data, and mortify based on learnings
•Assist line manager to conduct business analysis to generate actionable insights for your line manager, supporting strategic planning and business review.
•Bachelor Degree
•3+ years FMCG marketing-related experiences
•Good communication skills, fluent English, both written & spoken
•Strong project management capability
•Good analytical skills
•Result-driven mindset
•High integrity, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
