1. Work with Global & China Data Scientist to operationalize MMM model with retail knowledge and drive adoption. Organize historical retail marketing data (spend, impression, sales, etc.), define data collection SOP and ensure proper data quality governance
2. Quantify impact coefficients of various media factors on retail GMV, continue to drive clarity (quarterly) and business impacts with retail teams.
3. Understand retail business implications and be responsible for Retail key stakeholders. operationalize One Mars connected identity capabilities, driving reach to convert funnel analysis. Track consumer full path behavior data from different touch-points (exposure – click – add to cart – place order – purchase)
4. Identify data indicators for connected consumer experience and output optimization recommendations.
5. Support and ensure a data driven business decision
