-Provide day-to-day support for the z/OS operating system and associated subsystem.

-Perform system installations, upgrades, and patches in accordance with best practices and company policies.

-Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal operation.

-IBMz hardware/Software design, configuration, implementation and maintenance.

-Disaster Recovery planning and execution

Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

-Setup automation to reduce manual interventions in the z/OS infrastructure, and Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to incidents as needed

-Must have working experience in z/OS, SYSPLEX, GDPS, IODF, SMS, DR and Roleswap etc.

-Strong knowledge of a combination z/OS,DB2,CICS,Storage, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL,mainframe utilities, etc.

-Must have knowledge of IBM and CA Products and be able to work independently。

-Fluent English communication skills.

-Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., REXX, CLIST,).

-Proficient in Top Secret skills

-Performance monitoring using Omegamon, RMF, SMF and SAS

-Experience in Agile Methodology and the use of agile toolling like Jenkins, Groovy, z/OSMF and Zowe
