Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

·        Responsible for collecting the necessary technical data for Plan-view / RFQ.

·        Review, understand, and convey customer requirements / specifications. Negotiate with customers to resolve technical issues.

·        Technical training to customer to promote NORMA products. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. including Norma USPs and advantages.

·        Assist PDE in design and development of new products to satisfy customers need.

·        Assist account managers as the key technical advisor and product advocate to win new customer projects.

·        Travel to customer sites to perform start-up and training service to the customers. Develops and maintains a good customer relationship and a positive image through the customer technical contact.

·        Identify customer¡¯s need and sales opportunities to help future growth and strategies formulation.

·        Technical support to marketing/tech days/roadshows.

·        Identifies and communicates further necessary future Advanced Engineering needs.

·       At least 5 years working experience in Automotive industry (Metal Fasten and Plastic Fluid) with PV- OEMs, especially VW, ……

·       Bachelor’s degree from engineering colleges with metal and plastic material knowledge is preferred.

·       Successful AE or PDE experience in supporting business development in the past with PV-OEMs from a technical perspective.

·       Open minded attitude and flexible, Strong logical thinking.

·       Fluent English language.

·       Engineering software using skills is preferred, Creo, CATIA……

·       Open minded attitude and flexible.

·       Diligent, motivated self-starter, flexible.

·       Ability to effectively multi-task and switch quickly and efficiently between tasks.

·       Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

·       Flexible travelling is necessary (+50% of the time), In particularly, regarding customer visits and regular project meetings at the relevant plants, as well as customer plant audits.
