Responsibilities
•Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's brand on Douyin, and take charge of the account's operational data and sales results.
•Undertake the overall operation strategy and execution coordination of the company's brand's self-operated live broadcasts, influencer live broadcasts, and short videos on Douyin.
•Manage the "people - goods - scenario" system of the company's brand on Douyin, decompose and achieve sales targets, and take overall responsibility for the ROI (Return on Investment). Formulate the overall operation strategy for Douyin or Kuaishou (including short video content, live streaming with goods, and store operation) based on the company's development strategy, brand positioning, and product positioning.
•Collaborate with the live broadcast team to complete the planning, scriptwriting, product selection, coordination, and execution of live broadcast events, and be accountable for the final live broadcast data (such as total views, concurrent online users, number of followers, GMV - Gross Merchandise Volume, etc.).
•Handle Douyin store operations, including but not limited to: formulating marketing and promotion strategies, building best - selling products, planning events, executing store operations, conducting data analysis, etc.
•Monitor and analyze operational and transaction data, and make optimizations and adjustments based on the data.
•Integrate resources of external goods - promoting influencers, collect store operation data and market information, analyze the operation situation, identify potential underlying problems, put forward targeted solutions, and continuously optimize the operation quality.
Requirements
•Hold a bachelor's degree or above, and have experience in operating stores.
•Be familiar with e - commerce and live broadcast operations, brand operation, or the personal care and FMCG (Fast - Moving Consumer Goods) industry; have more than 3 years of working experience in top e - commerce stores and more than 2 years of team management experience.
•Be passionate about content marketing, have a profound understanding of industry development trends, be keen on user behavior research, possess creativity, have an active thinking mode, and have sharp insight and in - depth understanding of promotion methods.
•Have a strong sense of self - motivation, and be able to proactively take on various tasks and ensure their successful implementation.
