Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for Logistics projects design and deploy

•Warehouse benchmarking through labor/MHE/warehouse capacity utilization tracking and improvement.

•Logistics process/KPI design, review and optimization.

•Develop and implement best practices to guarantee efficiency in logistics processes.

•Work jointly with functional teams to drive E2E optimization initiatives.

Responsible for Logistics projects management

•Support on logistics tendering, providing data support and leading the analyze to help the decision making.

•Lead supplier to provide the proposal that fit for operation working flow and requirements.

•Responsible for various business case analysis to provide visibility of cost or efficiency or feasibility for decision making.

•Support on the cross function projects.

•Tracking and Summarizing Logistics Big Bets and Cost-Saving Projects

Cost control and optimization

•Cost forecasting.

•Cost improvement YOY with saving plan and project execution.

•Logistics cost cash up & review, and Accrual, RLC and Ture-up review.

•Logistics cost analysis and improvement at BU & format level (cost KPI tracking)

Support on Global Logistics projects deployment.

Qualification/Experience:

Experience in B2B logistics management across warehouse and tranportaion. Experience and good knowledge of Planning. Budget planning and excution. Finance competence. Ability to analysis and understand financial data/report to identify operation issues and opportunies. Statistical analysis skill. Knowledge of digitalization. Knowledge of system including SAP, WMS, TMS for logistics digital manangement and transformation.

Essential:

2-3 years of Planning & ogistics management experiance
