MAIN PURPOSE
The Creative Visual Experience Executive is a key role within the team, driving end-to-end execution of the brand experience across all channels in China, including boutiques and watch specialists. This position ensures alignment between global creative vision and local implementation, through consistent image standards and operational precision.
Responsible for managing animation PLV forecast, compliance tracking, and financial documentation. This role is a guardian for Creative Visual Experience projects & local initiatives, preventing potential compliances and operational risks.
Supporting the whole team to deliver premium visual presence with operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Visual Experience Implementation (HQ + Local)
- Preparing PLV order chart according to headquarter VM News (animation/ monthly), forecast and plan all CHINA network orders for COP.
- Develop display guidelines and window product recommendations for each animation launch, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and seasonal themes.
- Closely monitor the Implementation of CVE animations in boutiques and watch specialists, collect display photos from regional team members in charge.
- Coordinate closely with local suppliers, commercial teams, marketing, PR, and other stakeholders to monitor installation timelines for animations and lightbox campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and execution.
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation in compliance with RCCL procedures; process payments via SAP and support ongoing tracking of payment status for active projects.
2. Visual Compliance & In-Store Execution Oversight (BTQ + WS)
- Support the team in managing day-to-day CVE operations, including PLV replenishment, lightbox visual proposal updates, and location adjustments.
- Organize and validate window display setups for new store openings, providing clear directions to feed team members for consistent execution.
- Supervise regional team members on scheduled window rotations and visual adjustments to ensure brand consistency and freshness.
- Execute lightbox campaign replacements according to HQ wave plans and local market priorities; consolidate completion reports and liaise with SDP (Store Development & Planning) on maintenance issues.
3. Rolling Forecast & Project Payment Handling
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes by preparing tender briefing materials, monthly Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with line managers to align spending with approved budgets.
- Prepare and submit key financial documents, including Bid Request Forms (BRFs) and Contract Request Forms (CRFs), for executive review and approval.
- Oversee contract lifecycle and PO tracking, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and full payment closure through proactive follow-up and cross-functional coordination.
4. In-store Activations & Event Support
- Provide on-site support during in-store activations and events at large, ensuring creative integrity and operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to coordinate setup and post-event maintenance.
- Maintain the central project filing system, ensuring all materials—including site check photos, technical drawings (TD), sample boards, mock-ups, reusable props inventory, and completion reports—are properly archived or sustainably disposed of.
- Compile post-event photo documentation and market feedback for team leader review and submit comprehensive reports to the HQ CVE team.
