MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Client Treatment Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional client experiences by planning and executing high-end hospitality initiatives, curated gifting programs and premium catering services for clients and press.

The role ensures seamless coordination and execution of client treatment activities in alignment with brand identity, client relationship strategies and compliance standards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Client Hospitality & Events

  • Assist in planning and managing client, press, celebrities and internal staffs hospitality scope for all type of events.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects including venue selection, catering, transportation, guest invitations, RSVPs and seating arrangements.
  • Ensure all events reflect the luxury positioning and aesthetics standards of the Maison.

2. Catering Management

  • Liaise with premium caterers and F&B partners to design menus that meet client preferences (including dietary requirements) and brand tone.
  • Conduct tastings and quality checks. Ensure presentation and service excellence during events.
  • Maintain an updated list of approved vendors and negotiate cost-effective contracts in collaboration with procurement department.

3. Gifting Strategy & Execution     

  • Support the development and implementation of seasonal and personalized gifting campaigns for different client profiles.
  • Source, curate and manage inventory of luxury gifts, ensuring the stock level remains healthy and cost-efficient.
  • Oversee gift personalization, packaging and timely delivery.

4. Client Support and Relationship Enhancement

  • Work closely with MCC and Commercial/HJ teams to identify key clients eligible for special treatment.
  • Maintain a client treatment calendar and database tracking client interactions, preferences and history.
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and client feedback collection to measure impact and ROI.

5. Administration & Compliance

  • Manage budgets for hospitality and gifting activities; track expenses and submit reports monthly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies on gift-giving limits, data privacy and anti-bribery regulations.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards and briefing materials for internal stakeholders.


COMPETENCIES

  • 3+ years of Experience in luxury client servicing, event management or experiential marketing – preferably within fashion, jewelry, watchmaking or high-end hospitality sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing high-profile events and luxury gifting programs.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
