MAIN PURPOSE
The Senior Client Treatment Executive is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering exceptional end-to-end client experiences that reflect brand’s commitment to excellence and personalized luxury service. This role focuses on managing all aspects of hospitality, catering and gifting initiatives – both recurring and event-driven- to strengthen client relationships, elevate brand perception and drive loyalty among high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
Operating at the intersection of operations, creativity and client intimacy, this position ensures seamless execution across global and local touchpoints while maintaining alignment with brand standards and budgetary guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hospitality Management
- Coordinate end-to-end hospitality logistics for clients, press, celebrities and internal staffs including transportation (chauffeur services, private transfers), luxury accommodation bookings, and concierge support.
- Manage hostess teams and bellboys during events or boutique activations, ensuring impeccable service delivery and brand representation.
- Plan hotel scouting and vendor negotiations for client stays, selecting properties aligned with brand image and client expectations.
- Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for hospitality protocols across regions.
2. Catering & In-Boutique Animations
- Plan and execute annual recurring catering programs (e.g. seasonal teas, private dinners, product launches).
- Design creative and culturally relevant in-boutique catering animations and client events, related to gourmet experiences and thematic food & beverage offerings.
- Partner with premium caterers, pastry chefs and mixologists to deliver bespoke culinary concepts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability standards in all catering operations.
3. Gifting Strategy & Execution
- Manage the annual gifting calendar, including seasonal gifts (CNY, EOY, etc.…), milestone celebrations, and post-purchase appreciation gestures.
- Curate selections from HQ gift catalogs while identifying opportunities for localized production and artisan collaborations to enhance exclusivity.
- Coordinate event-specific gifting (e.g. invitation boxes, VIP favors, hampers…) with attention to personalization, packaging and timing.
- Maintain inventory control, lead times and cost-efficiency across gifting pipelines.
4. Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with MCC and commercial / HJ teams to align treatment strategies with broader client engagement campaigns.
- Liaise with Finance and procurement on budget planning, vendor contracts, and ROI tracking.
- Provide training and guidance to relevant teams on client treatment best practices and brand guidelines.
5. Vendor & Budget Management
- Identify, onboard and manage a network of premium vendors (hotels, transport providers, florists, caterers, gift suppliers).
- Negotiate contracts with the support of procurement team and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Monitor and report on monthly/quarterly/annual budgets for hospitality, catering and gifting activities.
6. Innovation & Reporting
- Stay ahead of luxury lifestyle and competitive benchmarks in client experience.
- Measure client satisfaction through feedback loops and KPIs (e.g. attendance rates, gift sentiment……).
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
