主要职责 Tasks & Duties
-Responsible for all HR related tasks and processes on plant level, especially
• Recruiting (in cooperation with the GFT for white collar)
• Onboarding
• Development, Training and Talent Management
• Payroll (on time & correctly)
• Time & Attendance
• Compensation & Benefits
• HR Administration & daily HR work
• Retention
• Reporting (monthly or annual reports in WFM & PERSIS)
• Report of HR-relevant issues to General Manager and BU
• Planning (HC Planning for PPIN according to HR-relevant tasks)
• Legal HR issues
• Initiating and driving HR projects (e.g. employee survey)
-Leadership of the plant HR-Team (functional and disciplinary)
• Definition of HR strategy & targets aligned with the BU / OU / Plant strategy & targets
• Planning, Implementation, Controlling and Optimization of HR processes
• Controlling of Targets & KPI’s – in case of negative deviations definition and implementation of counter measures (e.g. fluctuation, sickness rate, headcount)
• Business Partner for the Plant Manager and the local Leadership-Team
-Support & Advice
• If necessary, support for the OU in China
• Build up performance assessment system; provide support to managers on performance review and improvement plan
• Implementation of group activities & programs
• Implementation of OU activities & programs
• Ensure work safety in the area responsibility
• Ensure, that all Actions are according to official regulations, rules and laws (Compliance)
任职要求Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 7 years’ experience in HR all functions in MNC, manufacturing background will be a plus;
3. Good knowledge of China Labor Law, employment contract law, local regulations and practices;
4. Proactive, strong learning agility, can work independently as well as part of a team, comfortable to work under pressure;
5. Strong communication in both English and Chinese.
6. Good PC skills of MS-Office, e.g. PPT Excel Word.
