职位描述

- Develop technical solutions and benchmarks for project level.

- Be proficient in the Unreal rendering pipeline and use tools such as unreal profiler/Stat, RenderDoc etc to identify performance bottlenecks.

- Establish strategies and target frame rates/resolutions for mobile/console/PC platforms, clearly defining budget and allocation for scene complexity, VRAM, and bandwidth usage.

- Analyze and study the visual rendering of target game products, then propose practical implementation solutions.

- 制定项目级场景技术方案以及 benchmark。

- 熟悉 UE 渲染管线,运用 UE Profiler/Stat、 RenderDoc、等定位瓶颈。

- 为移动/ 主机/PC 制定分档策略与目标帧率/ 分辨率,明确体量/ 显存/ 带宽预算与开销分配;

- 对目标游戏产品进行场景渲染逆向,本地化复现。

 

任职条件

Unreal Engine:

- Proficient in HLSL/GLSL/Unreal custom node

- Familiar with material systems such as Substrate/MaterialX

- Experienced with World Partition, HLOD, RVT blending, and UE PCG generation.

- Expert in Unreal rendering and performance profiling (Stat, profiler, UE insight etc.), able to identify bottlenecks and provide practical optimization solutions.

- Research and hands-on experience with GI, virtual texturing, Nanite, Lumen and related technologies.

- Capable of producing technical standards and workflow specifications and driving the art team to implement them.

- Proficient in at least one production scripting/tool development language (Python, C#, Blueprint Utility, MaxScript/MEL, etc.), able to build stable and user-friendly small to medium-sized tools.

- Experience in studying and benchmarking competing or target games, and able to translate findings into actionable project improvement plans.

- Excellent cross-team communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills; capable of technical presentation and risk explanation oriented towards clients.

Unreal 场景:

- 熟悉 HLSL/GLSL/UE 自定义节点、

- 熟悉材质系统例如 Substrate/MaterialX

- 熟悉 World Partition、 HLOD、 RVT 地形混合、 UE PCG 规则化布置。

- 精通 UE 渲染与性能 Profiling( Stat、 Profiler、 GPU Visualizer),能定位瓶颈并给出可落地的优化方案。

- 对 GI、虚拟纹理、 Nanite、 Lumen 等有研究与实战落地经历。

- 能产出技术标准/ 流程规范并推动美术团队执行落地

- 至少精通一种生产脚本/ 工具开发( Python、 C#、 Blueprint Utility、 MaxScript/MEL 其一),能构建稳定易用的小中型工具。

- 有竞品/ 目标游戏的渲染逆向与对标分析经验,并能转化为项目可执行的改进路径。

- 优秀的跨团队沟通、问题拆解与文档沉淀能力;具备面向客户的技术表达与风险说明能力。
