Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity, and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment venue, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. 作为上海迪士尼度假区的业务开发团队，本部门负责系统性评估未来业务的增长机遇和战略制定，为度假区最大程度地创造商业价值；就有关度假区的拓展开发事宜，与政府和合作伙伴进行评估与协调；制定用于向公司内外合作伙伴介绍度假区业务发展状况的重要报告。业务开发团队正广纳贤士，现招聘资深专员一职。理想候选人应该拥有出色的研究和分析能力以及优秀的学业成绩。候选人还应具有出色的中英双语书面及口头交流能力和良好的团队精神。
We are the business development team for the Shanghai Disney Resort charged with systematically assessing growth opportunities and strategies to maximize value for the Resort, reviewing and coordinating with the Government and our joint venture partner on broader developments surrounding the Resort, and developing key presentations to report on the business state of the Resort for internal and external partners. The Business Development team is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Senior Specialist position. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong research and analytical skills and outstanding academic records. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
主要职责Key Responsibilities
- 进行研究与分析，协助制定业务开发战略和项目
- 系统性地进行信息收集、筛选，支持财务和商业模型分析，以评估上海迪士尼度假区的增长机会和战略机遇
- 协助编制报告并积极参与项目讨论
- 与内部和外部合作伙伴协调和合作，收集信息和意见以支持商业决策
- 执行工作计划，确保准时向相关团队和合作伙伴交付计划
- Perform research and analysis to formulate business development strategies and initiatives
- Systematically gather, filter information to support the development of financial and business models to assess SHDR growth and strategic opportunities
- Assist to deliver reports and actively contribute to project discussions
- Coordinate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and opinions to support business decisions
- Execute work plans, ensure timely delivery of work needed from the team and partners
资格要求Required Qualifications
- 具有咨询、房地产或商业领域的相关工作经验
- 拥有商业、房地产、城市规划或相关专业的学士学位
- 责任感突出，有韧性，能够在期限内完成多项工作
- 良好的商业敏锐度，迅速学习的能力
- 扎实的分析能力并能交付高质量的展示资料/报告
- 了解商业和行业研究资源，具有突出的资料研究能力
- 出色的交流和人际沟通能力
- 能够灵活变通，具有出色的解决问题能力
- 熟练掌握口头和书面中英两种语言
- 熟练使用微软办公室自动化软件（如Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook）
- Work experience in consulting, Real Estate or business related area
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning or other related field
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, resilient, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately
- Good business acumen and quick learning ability
- Strong analytical skills and able to deliver high quality presentation/report
- Possess business/industry research sources and great desk-research capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
- Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
