职位介绍：
作为服装师助理，您的职责是为服装师团队提供支持，负责团队保存和整理服装相关文件。同时，也参与日常运营需求和设计研发的工作。
该职位将向服装研发经理汇报。
工作内容：
- 您将协助服装师团队如理日常物流安排。
- 您将协调材料并发送给供应商。
- 您将协调及收发所有来自供应商的货品。
- 您将协助整理面辅料资料库。
- 您将协助整理仓库笼子，保持工作环境整洁。
- 您将协助服装师团队整理服装文档资料内容。
- 协助及理服装所有后期效果加工(包括做旧,着色,钉珠,缝纫,粘胶,补钻,手工相关类)
- 您将协助演员进行服装试装。
- 您将协助纪录所有试穿后必要调整的反馈,并送往予供应商/内部工作室的裁缝作出调整。
- 您将协助在服装师和负责的工作室主管协调后,把需要维修及修改的服装送往工作室。
- 您将协助3D量身扫描或手动量身程式。
- 您将协助生产前检查样品。
- 您将供应商交货后协助进行质量控制。
- 您将协助材料采购(走访当地面料市场,开发及扩大供应商网络。
- 您将从当地零售商、服装批发商进行采购或进行在线采购。
- 您将协助插图/图片处理软件
- 您将协助开发草图和技术图纸以供供应商参考
我们希望您：
- 至少有一年服装工作经验或其他同等经验。
- 拥有服装设计、纺织品、时装设计或美术等相关专业大专文凭或证书（优先录取）。
- 拥有较强的计划、组织和项目管理能力。
- 能在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务。
- 自发性强、同时处理多项工作、抗压力强
- 拥有较强的合作和沟通技巧。
- 拥有流利普通话,基础的英语能力。
Costumer Assistant
Line of Business: Entertainment, Costuming
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As a Costumer assistant, your role is to provide support to the works of the Costumer team.
You will be responsible in keeping and organizing costumes related documentations for the team.
You will be involved in the logistic arrangements in both daily operational needs and during the design development process.
This role will report to the Costume development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Costumer team in daily logistic arrangement.
- Coordinate material information and send to vendors.
- Coordinate all goods receive and delivery from vendors.
- Assist in organizing fabric and material library.
- Assist in maintaining tidiness in the material cages.
- Assist Costumer team in organizing information for costume documentation.
- Assist in all costume fabric treatment (including distressing, painting, beading, stitching,
gluing, replace rhinestones, handicraft work related)
- Assist and conduct in Costume fitting with performers.
- Make notes on all necessary costume alterations and communicate to vendors / in-house workroom seamstress.
- Assist in sending costumes to workroom for repair and modification after Costumer
communicate with respective workroom leads.
- Assist in 3D Scanning process and manual body measurement process.
- Assist in checking of costume prototypes samples before mass production begins.
- Assist in Quality control (QC) after items are delivered.
- Assist in material sourcing (visiting local fabric markets, explore and expand supplier network)
- Local sourcing from retails shops, garment wholesalers, and online sourcing.
- Assist in computer-aided design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.
- Assist in development sketches and technical drawings for design communication with vendors.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a costuming position or equivalent.
- Post-secondary degree/ Certificate in Costume Design, Textiles, Fashion Design, or
Fine Arts preferred.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, handle multiple demands, to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong partnership and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Simple English conversational skills.
