职位介绍：
作为上海迪士尼度假区合作伙伴关系办公室的助理经理，您的主要职责包括：制定工作流程和工作计划，确保公司治理架构下的各项会议机制的正常有序运作，支持协调股东事务；协调公司与合作伙伴之间的多方会议，维护各类涉及项目开发和运营的例会机制和专题会议机制；协调并接待重要政府团组；支持股东间互访；协调股东参与公司大型活动等。您需要拥有流利的中英文运用能力，并具有一定的财务和法务专业知识。
工作内容：
- 熟悉公司正式协议，按照协议规定内容制定工作流程和工作计划；
- 组织协调股东会会议、董事会会议、监事会会议、常务委员会会议并完成相关文件准备；
- 收集、提交、分析各类报告；
- 建立和维护公司与政府、股东、合作伙伴等各相关方之间的常规会议机制和专项会议机制；
- 协调接待重要政府团组及股东间的互访交流，协调股东参与公司大型活动；
- 建立并维护高效的文档管理系统；
- 受理法人章申请事务；
- 与内外部各相关方间建立沟通渠道和协同工作机制；
- 领导安排的其他工作。
我们希望您：
- 拥有本科及以上学历；
- 八年及以上大型企业翻译、法务、财务、行政、涉外相关工作经历者优先；
- 具有优秀的组织能力、时间管理能力、问题处理能力和贯彻执行能力，并且注重细节；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能与内外部合作伙伴共同合作并令人信服以达成目标；
- 具有优秀的中英文口语和写作能力；

Job Summary:
As an Associate Manager of the Partner Relationship Office, your main responsibilities include developing work processes and plans to ensure the normal and orderly operation of various meeting mechanisms under the company's governance structure, supporting shareholders related affairs, coordinating the meetings between the company and the business partners, maintaining the regular meeting michanisms and the ad-hoc meetings related to project devlement and operation, coordinating and receiving the important government delegations and facilitating the mutual visits between the shareholders, coordinating the shareholders’ participation to the major events of the company. You are expected to have excellent language skills in Chinese and English and professionalism in legal and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with Definitive Agreements and be able to develop working processes and plan accordingly;
- Organize and coordinate Shareholders’ Meetings, Board Meetings, Supervisory Board Meetings and Standing Committee Meetings, and draft relevant documents;
- Collect, submit and study the reports to the Board;
- Establish and maintain regular and ad-hoc meeting mechanisms with various stakeholders such as the government, shareholders, and business partners.
- Coordinate and receive visits from important government delegations, facilitate communication between Shareholders, support Shareholders’ participation to the major events of the company;
- Build and maintain an effective archive system;
- Handle applications requiring legal representative’s review;
- Set up communication channels and working mechanism with internal and external partners;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- 8 years working experience in translation and interpretation, legal, finance, administration and foreign affairs is preferred;
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, and be detail-oriented;
- Possess good communication skills, being able to collaborate with internal and external business partners and be convincing to achieve goals;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Demonstrate a strong level of professionalism and confidence, willing to take challenges;
- Possess good contract spirit and strict working attitude;
- Possess good sense of responsibilities and can accomplish tasks by priotritizing tasks and strictly following timeline;
- Ability to deal with works and related matters rationally and be proactive;
- Be able to work under pressure.
