作为运动培训及理疗师经理，您的主要责任是领导运动理疗团队，确保上海迪士尼乐园表演者的安全和健康。您将通过开发和实施相关的训练项目，维护运动护理和伤害预防的标准。
工作内容：
- 为演职人员开发及领导体质锻炼相关项目。
- 和运营团队密切合作以开发相关的热身及强化项目。
- 开发和主持伤病预防研讨会和宣讲会。
- 如有需要为演员和演职人员提供专业的运动理疗。
- 为表演有关的伤病提供基本急救。
- 跟踪记录伤病，分析趋势并开发方案以避免未来的伤病/事故。
- 和演出支持经理紧密合作，协调采购、维护和控制运动训练设施以及相关设备。
- 为演职人员提供体能训练、肌肉拉伸和其它训练指导。
- 管理健身区域，包括使用情况、设备设施和资料等。
- 负责运动理疗团队里的运动理疗师 1和运动理疗师的招聘、管理和指导。
- 日常人力监管和运动理疗团队里的时刻表安排，并适时调整。
- 根据需求执行其它项目。
我们希望您：
- 运动理疗相关专业本科学历。
- 在物理治疗、娱乐演出、运动或相关领域有4年以上经验者优先考虑。
- 具有很强的领导力和主动性。
- 要求掌握基本的急救技能。
- 具备独立自主给予前线演职人员指导、培训和激励的能力，并能管理多项任务。
- 性格外向，具备卓越的人际交往沟通能力。
- 英语及普通话流利。
Job Summary:
As the Athletic Trainer Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the Athletic Training team in ensuring the safety and well-being of the performers at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will uphold the standards of athletic care and injury prevention by developing and implementing relevant training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead physical health and stamina related programs for Cast Members.
- Work closely with operating teams to develop relevant warm up and strengthening programs for Cast.
- Develop and present injury prevention seminars and information sessions.
- Provide physical therapy to performers and Cast Members as needed.
- Provide basic first aid for performance related injuries.
- Track injuries, analyze trends, and develop plans to avoid future injuries/incidents.
- Work closely with the Show Support Manager to coordinate the purchase, maintenance and control of athletic training equipment and heat mitigation supplies.
- Provide exercise, stretching and conditioning instruction to Cast Members.
- Manage the gym areas with regard to usage, equipment and materials.
- Recruit, manage and mentor Athletic Trainer 1 and Athletic trainer for Athletic Training team.
- Monitor daily man-power and scheduling for Athletic Training team and implement adjustments accordingly.
- Other projects as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related discipline.
- 4+ year’s experience in Physical Therapy, Entertainment, Sports or other related industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and initiative.
- Basic first aid skill required.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to give direction, instruct and motivate front-line Cast Members and manage multiple priorities.
- Outgoing, empathetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
