职位介绍：
作为运营高级专员，你将是抖音官方旗舰店的日常运转中枢：负责策略落地、数据追踪、活动执行、内外部资源协调与整合，平台及合作方客情维护，确保店铺销售及消费者体验指标持续达成。
工作内容：
- 负责上海迪士尼度假区在抖音平台的日常运营执行，包括并不仅限于POI、直播、短视频的相关运营工作
- 负责全年营销活动与内容方案的落地执行及业绩效果
- 对接抖音平台及合作方，维护良好客情，争取更多的运营资源
- 管理服务商日常运营质量，并进行月度审核和评估工作，不断提升服务商的有效贡献
- 联动内容团队，开发并跟进短视频，直播，达人内容的落地
- 与内部相关部门保持良好的合作关系，梳理并持续迭代运营流程标准化
- 搭建并整理运营数据库，协助直线经理对销售数据进行跟踪、评估、复盘，并提出切实可行的优化方案
- 协助直线经理收集行业信息和平台最新动向，不断优化店铺运营和活动效能
我们希望您：
- 拥有大学本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、商科或相关专业优先
- 2-4年以上电商行业经验，抖音及相关电商平台运营或品牌数字运营经验优先
- 具有良好的项目及时间管理能力、解决问题的能力和执行力，注重细节
- 良好的中英文口语、写作及office 办公软件能力
- 良好的商业敏感度和数字分析能力
- 自我驱动，快速学习，务实有责任感，能在较少监督时正确、高效履行工作职责
- 主动，精力充沛，能在一定压力下工作并以结果为导向

Job Summary:
As Douyin platform Senior specialist, operation, you will be responsible for the operation of Douyin official flagship store, You will translate strategy into execution, monitor data, run campaigns, and coordinate resources to ensure continuous improvement in GMV, ROI, and customer-experience metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day operations of Shanghai Disney Resort on Douyin, including but not limited to POI management, live-streaming and short video operations
• End-to-end execution of annual marketing campaigns and content roadmap; own performance against KPIs.
• Cultivating strong working relationships with Douyin to unlock incremental platform resources and priority placements.
• Manage service-provider and related partners quality; conduct monthly audits and performance reviews, and drive continuous contribution uplifts.
• Partner with the content team to develop and oversee short videos, live streams, and KOL activations.
• Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams to codify and iterate standard operating procedures.
• Architect and maintain a centralized operations data mart; provide your manager with rigorous tracking, post-campaign debriefs, and data-driven optimization recommendations
• Support your manager in gathering industry insights and the latest platform trends to enhance store operations and campaign effectiveness.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, business, or related
- 2-4+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, Douyin, and e-commerce platform operation or brand digital operation experience is preferred
- Strong project and time management skills, problem-solving ability and execution, and attention to detail
- Good oral, writing, and office software skills in both Chinese and English
- High commercial acumen and solid data analytics capability
- Self-driven, quick learner, pragmatic and accountable, able to deliver job duties correctly and efficiently with little supervision
- Energetic, proactive, and resilient under pressure; unwaveringly results-oriented
