本职位将协助业务开发助理经理完成以下职责:支持及执行商品部新业务的开发和新产品的发布、活动及项目;制定并执行迪士尼传统徽章交换活动的策略及活动。您将支持潜在的商品业务跟活动的增长机会。
工作内容:
- 支持商品部发起的活动与项目的企划及协助其他部门发起的活动与项目:
- 参与设定业务目标;
- 明确活动与项目所需资源和协助项目评估与分析;
- 协助制定活动与项目的现场运营计划;
- 整合商品部内部配合以支持和执行活动及项目;
- 深入了解日常运营及业务情况。
- 支持商品部商品售卖数字化解决方案的推广和落地:
- 设定和评估业务需求和场景;
- 协助费用估算和可行性分析;
- 支持跟进项目实施方案;
- 与相关部门沟通落实细节。
- 制定并执行商品相关活动如徽章交换等的策略及活动:
- 制定相关活动的短期及长期策略;
- 参与制定相关产品开发计划;
- 与相关部门沟通并策划各个类型的相关活动;
- 对已完成的活动做出总结及分析,从而优化今后的活动。

- 具有1年以上零售行业的相关经验;
- 具有良好时间管理能力;
- 具有良好的组织及沟通能力且注重细节;
- 具有熟练的计算机技能;精通微软办公软件,如Excel和PowerPoint;

Job Summary:
As a Merchandise Associate Specialist, Business Development, you need to support the Business Associate Development Manager with the following responsibilities: support and execute new business development and new product launch, event and project in Merchandise team; develop and execute the strategy and event for pin trading. You will support with the potential business and event growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning events and projects initiated by Merchandise and other events or projects initiated by other line of business:
- Participate in new project target setting;
- Assist in cost estimation and resource identification;
- Support to develop the operation plan of the events and projects;
- Support events and projects by integrating the resource of the merchandise team and cooperate to execute the events and project;
- Remain aware of the daily operation and business conditions.
- Support the planning and implementation of digital solution for Merchandise sales:
- Set and evaluate business requirements and scenarios;
- Assist in cost estimation and feasibility analysis;
- Support the follow-up of project implementation plans;
- Communicate with relevant departments to finalize details.
- Develop and execute the strategy and event for merchandise related projects such as pin trading:
- Develop short-term and long-term business strategies of related event;
- Participate in product development planning;
- Communicate with related departments to plan events;
- Summarize and analyze the results of events to ensure continuous improvement of future events and projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Proven 1 years or above retail related experience;
- Demonstrated excellent time management ability;
- Demonstrated strong organizational and communication and attention to details;
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills; proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated strong partnering and working relationship skills while is able to work independently
- Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to be responsive to feedback; Ability to work as part of a high performance team
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Willing to actively learn new skills.
