职位介绍:
本职位将协助业务开发助理经理完成以下职责:商品部新业务的开发和新产品的发布及项目的企划、领导及总结工作,并代表商品部协助其他业务部门发起的活动;管理商品部第三方合作伙伴,帮助其制定业务策略、调整业务方向,以最大化业务成绩;我们期待有志于在零售领域长期发展的候选人。
工作内容:
1. 新业务的开发
协助商品业务开发助理经理寻找和开发新的业务机会,如商店改造、新店开发、互动游戏开发或改造等,与相关部门讨论并确定商业模式,跟进审批和项目设立及实施的相关流程。相关职责包括:
- 根据市场需求和部门战略开发新的业务机会。
- 协助设计商业运营模式。
- 拟定可行性方案。
- 与合作部门进行成本收益分析。
- 完成项目审批。
- 设立项目实行计划。
- 跟进项目实施方案。
- 对项目结果进行评估。
2. 活动及项目
为商品部发起的活动与项目的企划、领导及总结提供支持。代表商品部协助其他部门发起的活动与项目:
- 制定总体计划并参与设定业绩目标。
- 费用估算和明确所需资源。
- 和相关部门明确、确认、落实细节。
- 领导执行活动。
- 能够根据实际情况对活动/项目(时间/成本/质量)做出必要调整,并成功完成活动/项目。
- 对活动/项目做出总结及分析,从而优化今后的活动及项目。
- 整合商品部内部资源以支持其他部门发起的活动及项目。
3. 商品部第三方合作伙伴运营管理
为商品部第三方合作伙伴提供资源以确保其运营顺畅,帮助其制定业务策略及调整业务方向以最大化业务成绩:
- 深入了解日常运营及业务情况。
- 参与制定新产品开发计划并协助新产品定价。
- 完善,制定和执行产品全渠道销售链路。
- 根据销售数据来分析业务并拟定改善计划。
- 根据业务需要更新或更改合同。
- 新业务探索和可行性调研。

- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有4年以上零售行业的相关经验,拥有项目管理经验者为佳,有财务或收益管理背景优先。
- 具有良好时间管理能力。
- 具有良好的组织能力且注重细节。
- 能够积极主动地解决问题,能够按照优先级处理多个任务,能够在不同的职能团队中建立良好的工作关系。
- 流利的英语和普通话,优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。
- 具有熟练的计算机技能;精通微软办公软件,如Excel和PowerPoint。

Job Summary:
As a Merchandise Senior Specialist, Business Development, you need to support the Business Development Associate Manager with the following responsibilities: new business development and new product launch in Merchandise team, the planning, leading and summarizing of merchandising projects as well as supporting event initiated by other line of business. You need to assist our merchandise third party vendors by helping them develop business strategies and adjust their business tactics to maximize their sales results. Desire to grow within the merchandise organization/career path.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development
Assist Merchandise Business Development Associate Manager to explore and develop new business opportunities such as store renovation, new store opening, and interactive game opening or renovation, etc., discuss with related departments to finalize business model, follow up related process of getting approval, establishing project and execution. Associated responsibilities include:
- Explore new business opportunities upon market needs and business strategy.
- Facilitate the design of business operation model.
- Conduct feasibility analysis.
- Work with related departments to conduct cost and revenue analysis.
- Complete project approval process.
- Establish project plan and key milestones.
- Follow up on the progress of plan execution.
- Evaluate the project success.
2. Events and Projects
Support the planning, leading and summarizing events and projects initiated by Merchandise. Supporting other events or projects initiated by other line of business. Associated responsibilities include:
- Overall plan development and participate in revenue target setting.
- Cost estimation and resource identification.
- Partner with stakeholders to clearly, identify, confirm and implement all the details.
- Lead the execution of the events/projects.
- Be accountable for the adjustment of the details (timeline, costs, qualities, etc.) as the event evolves.
- Post event summary. Analyze the results of events and include a lesson learned document that will enable continuous improvement of future events and projects.
- Support events and projects initiated by other lines of business by integrating the resource of the merchandise team.
3. Merchandise Third Party Vendor Management
Provide assistance and resources to ensure the smooth operations of merchandise third party vendors. Help them develop business strategies and adjust business tactics to maximize business results.
- Remain aware of the daily operation and business conditions.
- Participate in new product development planning and assist in pricing new products.
- Improve, establish and execute onmi-channel sales chain for products.
- Track and analyze business conditions according to revenue report and provide improvement plans.
- According to business needs, update or amend the contracts.
- New business exploration and feasibility research.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Proven 4 years or above retail related experience, project management experience preferred, finance or revenue management background preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent time management ability.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Able to be proactive in solving problems, handle and prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong working relationships across functional teams.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills; Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated strong partnering and working relationship skills while is able to work independently.
- Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to be responsive to feedback; Ability to work as part of a high performance team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and process.
