- 整体策略：负责上海迪士尼度假区海外社交平台全年运营策略，内容规划及账号管理
- 内容规划和产出：与本土社交平台内容运营团队密切配合，以互动和转化为目的产出针对海外不同国家消费者的社交媒体策略与内容
- 达人合作：计划和执行海外市场达人合作的策略和活动，紧密监测内容互动和整体效果
- 日常运维：进行消费者习惯洞察和总结，以及日常社媒数据分析和内容优化
我们希望您：
- 3年以上社交媒体内容运营经验，具备较强的项目管理经验和解决问题的能力
- 拥有敏锐的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析得出海外社媒平台市场策略
- 精准的消费者洞察力且能准确分析出问题背后的社会洞察和发展趋势
- 注重细节，且熟悉迪士尼品牌和经典故事
- 较强的合作、建立关系和影响能力，能很好地融入团队
- 拥有流利的中英文读写能力，多语言能力者优先
海外市场营销资深专员
Senior Specialist, Overseas Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Responsible for yearly strategy, content planning and account management of Shanghai Disney Resort's overseas social platforms.
- Content Planning and delivery: Work closely with the content operation team of local social platforms to develop social media strategies and content tailored to consumers in different overseas markets, with the goal of driving engagements and conversion.
- Influencer Collaboration: Plan and execute influencer cooperation strategies and activities in overseas markets, and closely monitor content engagement and overall effectiveness.
- Daily Operations: Conduct insights and summaries of consumer habits, as well as daily social media data analysis and content optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience working in social media operation, with strong project management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Good data analytical skills to form social marketing strategies with data information.
- Able to accurately catch the consumer insight with strong ability to capture the social trend behind.
- Detail-oriented is a must, and familiar with Disney brands and stories.
- Strong ability in cooperation, relationship building, and able to integrate well into the team.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with multilingual skills preferred.
