Job Purpose: in collaboration with BU to develop Finished Goods export business with UL concerned companies.
Key Accountabilities:
1. FG export compliance control.
- Collaborate closely with Finance team to set up Transfer Price to facilitate decision making in the Business Case. Well understand price structure and ensure Transfer Price accuracy & compliance during export operations.
- Lead pre-classification of H.S.Code & customs advance ruling processes, in collaboration with forwarder, custom and / or external agencies.
- Responsible for international trading documentation issuance & legalization, in parternship with RA, R&D, importing regions and external agencies.
- Support x-functional team to control FG export custom risk of different aspects such as product & manufacturing information declaration requirements, quality standards and special product export critiera (e.g. dangerous goods).
2. FG export logistics & customer service.
- Jointly work with forwarder & Export Logistics to provide professional know-how & feasibility checking for project team to support product & packaging development.
- Lead to build key milestones of logistics operation process (under specified International Commercial Term) in export project to hit project launch plan.
- Support R&D on international transport test. Facilitate logistics contingency plan of alternative modes for import regions.
- Gatekeep customer order delivery plan to ensure Inter-Company Case Fill on Time (ICCFOT).
3. Export project management & business development.
- For small NPD project (specified types of relaunch projects), jointly lead, manage, and control project E2E cycles with MSO PMO throuhout the project cycle (i.e. pre-start gate, start gate, develop gate, launch gate, delivery gate, post-delivery gate) to ensure to hit targeted project launch timeline. Act as key bridge to SU-side X-function resource.
- For all types of export project (i.g. innovation, roll out, relaunch, repack), participate to support on topics including export custom, international trade, export logistics, order-to-cash relevant activities.
4. Reporting and Excellence.
- Support line manager on some reporting jobs to governance team KPI (e.g. ICCFOT).
- Brainstorm, lead & manage some digital or logistics transformation initiatives.
Qualification/Experience:
- Working experience in international trading, international logistics will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain operation.
- Be able to cope with multi-tasking under pressure.
- Project management experience.
- Be passion and keep issue-solving mindset.
Essential:
- Bachelor or above, above 2-yr working experience.
- High communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred:
- Digital mindset and experience will be a plus.
Skills/Competencies:
- Microsoft Excel.
