职位描述

Performance management

• Responsible Fabric enhancer end-to-end P&L management of China

• Drive 5S saving and Gross Margin improvement

• Lead mix management, deliver UPG, USG, UOM

• Lead Dynamic Resource Allocation of BMI and TTS

• Monitors performance, controls budget and improves team effectiveness

• Formulates & develops category strategy short & long term with understanding and insight of market and consumers, develop strategies for category and brands.

• Implements Marketing Strategy, through annual/cycle plan of action, including work closely with sales and related parties for an aligned end to end plan; Co-ordinates and conducts product training & marketing activities; Listen to key account customer and involve in the annual plans for the NKAs; Evaluates effectiveness of marketing activities & materials and make continuous improvement and etc.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Lead throughout the entire development phase to ensure commercial alignment.

Brand Marketing Plan (BMP)

• Leads and develops the national BMP for their category; brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8 quarter (8Q) activity plans, Scorecards & in market pricing.

• Leads the local category multifunctional team (marketing innovation, customer marketing, supply chain, finance) through category and brand planning process, delivery of plans and monitoring of category performance to implement appropriate plan changes

• Responsible in Brand Communications for: Adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation

• Advertising / tactical local copy, allocation of media budget within annual planning (AP) parameters, PR & Sponsorship

• Looking at the global trends and local consumer needs, recommend and support portfolio expansion, new product development to ensure leadership in the category

• Coaches local marketing (business performance) Managers in brand management skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop and deliver brand and customer plans

Innovation and renovation

• Ensure planning and NPD of innovation is guided by the established governance and project management processes; Allow flexibility in approach for efficient and effective delivery where project scope permits, in close communication with country commercial Lead.

• Oversee risk assessments and identify barriers, and opportunities to enhanced Local NPD success. Escalate issues as needed to ensure necessary decisions and course correction prior to off-track events occurring

• Coordinate with R&D Team as well as other members of Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Country functions accountable for deliverables Innovation overall.

•Key success factors for the candidate thus include:

• 10+ years’ experience in marketing roles, with strong experience in Brand Building and Brand Development at ideally both a local and global level.

• An appetite for challenge, with a hardworking, tenacious attitude.

• Local market familiarity, especially in FMCG industry and Home Care category.

• Market development experience, driving growth through unlocking penetration all year round.

• Strong consumer understanding & strategic thinking

• Familiarity with unique China digital & social environment, experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is highly preferred.

• Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘disruptive’ attitude to enable business expansion.

• Strong learning agility, agile and open personality.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive projects and keep smooth relationships with cross category and cross function team. Capable to forge and maintain close partnerships with the remaining markets, seeking synergies with lead market China, and helping to drive growth across the broader region.

• Strong ability to communicate in both Mandarin & English.
