职位描述

Job Purpose and Impact

This position is playing a controlling tower role in a matrix organization, through evaluating the effectiveness of current distributor network (200+ scale) and optimizing the distribution channel. Also, this position will spend significant efforts on managing 1~2 strategic distributor and driving the business growth

Key Accountabilities

-To setup a critical initiative of evaluating the effectiveness of current 150+ distributors across the product lines and consequently streamlining the distributor network to fit for Food GC business growth

-To lead centralized management and guidance for strategic distributors (1~2 at the beginning) to grow with our key accounts across GC

-To strengthen the performance management of the distributor discipline and the target achievement to lift up the distributor management standard and eventually to contribute to the Food GC business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

-Minimum of five years of related work experience in KA sales management and/or sales operation/sales excellence

-Work experience in the food industry or the supplier side of FMCG is preferred
