-Working within the ET Pathfinders Team to design, deploy, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipeline solution using industry best practices.

-Create and manage RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities. Work on integration third-party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities.

-Performs sustainable continuous improvement, identify and remove organizational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned.

-Manage the team and technically guide your teammates.

-Use Confluence to detail technical designs, user manual, release notes of owned products.

-Use JIRA to provide progress updates on development work.

-Effectively work with diverse and widely distributed teams.

-Advise others on technology solution and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences.

-Provide prompt technical support to internal users, including debugging data issues and helping with application usage.

-Ensure appropriate communication and release documentation is issued to our customers and stakeholders on new product deliveries.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system automation and configuration management solutions

-Communicating with various global Business & IT teams.

-5+ years of experience in software development using Python.

-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

-Proven experience in building standardized pipeline solution.

-Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

-Experience in development and managing application configurations in environments like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.

-Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

-Excellent teamwork, independent thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-motivation.

-Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and growing engineering talent.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Have strong verbal and written English communication skills, experience of presenting technical choices.

-GCP Cloud Certification or equivalent experience.

-Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Terraform) （nice to have）

-Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
