Key responsibilities in your new role

•As a Technical Support Expert specializing in Infineon's PSoC MCUs and CapSense capacitive sensing technology, your core responsibilities include providing professional design support based on the PSoC &CapSense , assisting customers in resolving critical development challenges, ensuring smooth project mass production, and continuously enhancing the technical influence of Infineon products in target markets.Key Responsibilities

•Perform embedded hardware and firmware design, development, and debugging based on Infineon PSoC MCU and CapSense technology.

•Provide professional and efficient technical support and solutions for challenges customers face during product evaluation and development phases (e.g., CapSense tuning, low-power design, EMC/EMI).

•Develop high-quality reference code, application notes, and technical documentation for common application scenarios to enrich the knowledge base.

•Actively communicate with customers and internal teams (including Marketing, Hardware, Software, etc.) to accurately understand, convey, and align on product requirements and feedback.

•Prepare and deliver professional product training and application guidance to partners and end customers.

•Explore efficient and scalable technical support models to continuously improve service quality and response efficiency.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

•1+ years of experience in MCU development or technical support. Hands-onproject experience with PSoC or other ARM Cortex-M0+/M4 based MCUs ispreferred.Core Technical Competencies:

•Solid proficiency in embedded C programming and debugging, with experience in hardware issue identification and system-level debugging.

•Familiarity with common peripheral interfaces (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART,ADC) and mainstream embedded development environments.

•Understanding of capacitive touch sensing principles; practical experience with CapSense or similar capacitive touch technologies is advantageous.Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience in CapSense capacitive touch sensing technology or similar HMI solutions development.

•Hands-on development experience with the PSoC family of MCUs.

•Experience with Bootloader development, firmware update mechanisms, or related system design.Soft Skills:

•Strong cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal R&D, marketing teams, and external customers.

•Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, enabling proficient reading of technical documentation and smooth technical exchange.
