Reporting of the role

This role reports to Data Manager.

Measures of success

In 3 months:

• Familiar with all existing report project

• Familiar with client’s campaign requirement

• Maintain client’s report

In 6 months:

• Deal with the new requirements of the report

• Fix report issue independently

• Maintain existing report

In 12 months:

• Well known the advertising report on SEM, Display, Social etc.

• Proposal the report solution for the user’s requirements base on the existing environment

• Deal with the new requirements of the report independently from Client team/Client

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead data transformation work of reporting projects, responsible for quality of project deliverables and on-time delivery. 

• Work closely with data provider/planning team to understand the meaning behind data structure. Proactively think about efficient data acquisition and integration methods. 

• Lead data governance work of client projects, work closely with line manager to oversee the development and use of data systems. Discover efficient ways to organize, store, process and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.

• Responsible for diagnosing and optimizing the data processing program

What you will need:

·      A highly details-driven personality with an affinity for working with spreadsheets and data;

·      Familiar with data processing & analytics toolkit for large scale dataset (SQL, R, Python).

·      Become a full-stack digital operator, not only doing excellent work at his/her own area, but also could support on other areas of digital operation.

·      An interest in expanding your skills set to move up the analytics value chain based on early delivery of key reporting and data process goals;

·      Mathematical & Statistics & Computer Science background is a plus;

·      Familiar with Power BI & Tableau is a plus;

·    Relevant working experience in advertising industry. Working experience in media agencies is a plus；
