ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Director works closely with clients as well as internal Planning and Investment teams to develop cross-media measurement strategies. This role requires a strong grasp of media analytics tools and a deep familiarity with internal technologies to identify project opportunities and interpret results effectively.
This position involves coworking with Director to manage client-facing performance measurement presentations, setting up data governance, designing and testing measurement frameworks, and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements.
YOUR IMPACT
You will provide thought leadership in measurement strategies, with core responsibilities that include:
l Expert in data governance, data quality, and QA practices.
l Leveraging extensive experience in media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs).
l Demonstrating expertise in media data fundamentals such as reach, TA%, and budget allocation logic to drive the advancement of Media Data Lake (MDL).
l Proficient to extract compelling narratives from data, showing strategic thinking, and translating complex information into actionable business insights.
l Achieving mastery in proprietary Choreograph tools and systems, including analytics platforms focused on measurement, data visualization, and data quality.
l Developing and executing comprehensive measurement and outcomes frameworks (e.g., total portfolio, campaign-level, test-and-learn approaches).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
l Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related Sciences is preferred.
l A minimum of 5 years’ experience in advertising or marketing.
l Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
l Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
l Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
l Demonstrated ability to manage competing projects and prioritize deliverables effectively.
l Experience with several of the following tools and platforms is highly preferred:
a) Data Processing, Modeling, and Visualization Tools – SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau.
b) Ad Monitoring and Web Analytics – Nielsen, Google Analytics.
