l Over 5 years extensive Human Resources experience, BP experience in multinational companies preferred.

l Experience in organizational design and change management where they have influenced and supported the business to have a more effective organization in structure, rhythm, and ways of working.
l Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
