1) Recruitment
a. Accountable for whole recruitment cycle, including but not limited to hiring lead-time, cost (Cost per hire) and interview experience management
b. Continuously improving Sourcing talent pool with sourcing channel optimization
c. Attending reviews with HRBPand proactively partner the resourcing needs and strategies of the function
d. Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent
e. Managing internal ATS to buildup own talent system, including resumes, comments, etc. to prepare the pipeline database and engage with a proactive plan basis local needs
f. Conducting talent mapping as required for the function/s
g. Providing external functional insights to the business
h. Leading local functional specific projects
i. Conducting recruitment drives and anchoring selection process by coordinating between HM & candidates as well as offering process
