- 聚焦 Off Trade 渠道,确保达成全年业绩目标;
- Focus on Off Trade channels to ensure annual sales targets are met.
- 开发并维护便利店及商超系统,建立良好的客户关系,推动产品销售增长;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive product sales growth;
- 协调公司市场活动在各系统的沟通与落地执行;
- Coordinate and implement company marketing activities across relevant systems;
- 对接终端经销商,处理打款、物流等相关事宜;
- Liaise with distributors on payment, logistics, and related matters;
- 定期跟进并提交销售报告,确保数据准确;
- Track performance and prepare regular sales reports, ensure the accuracy of the data;
- 与公司其他团队协作,优化销售流程与执行效果;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and execution;
- 及时收集竞品信息,关注市场动态与行业趋势;
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- 完成上级安排的其他事务。

- 学历要求:大专及以上学历;
- Education: Associate degree or above;
- 工作经验:2年以上相关渠道销售经验;
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant channel sales experience;
- 具备良好的客户关系管理能力及谈判技巧;
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills;
- 具备抗压能力,拥有优秀的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力;
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- 熟练使用办公软件(Excel,PowerPoint等)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
