Inventory Management
-Weekly Replenishment for DTC WHs
-Daily Stock Freshness Review
-Manage periodic Stocktaking
-SLOB stock communication with demand & planning team, to make sure the freshness for the DTC WHs
Customer Service
-Weekly review Return Order &Complaint for all DCs.
-Periodic Customer service report analysis
-Communicate with demand & planning team to follow up customer complaints during CMOS meeting.
System Coordinator
