Providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.

Become SME for the GCP and coordinate with business and operations to understand and resolve the issue.

Independently able to coordinate with VS and Business and provide remediation actions.

To provide workarounds/resolutions with Active participation in crisis calls.

Prepare and maintain operational document with latest production version.

Working in a 24x7 global operation team during China shift.

Being part of a world class team with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Working knowledge of Finance IT area is preferred.

Knowledge of GCP Cloud technology & Big Data technology.

Knowledge of at least one high level programming language – Java, Python etc.

Knowledge of micro services/RESTful API development patterns.

Knowledge of automated CI/CD processes, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

Experience of using Docker and Kubernetes to schedule and run micro services.
-
Experience of Google Cloud Development on Big Query, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Pub/Sub, GCS Buckets.

Experience of working on GCP/Grafana monitoring and alerting.

Experience of working with Deployment files on GKE.

Good understanding of Unix command line and Shell scripting (ksh, sh, awk etc).

Systematic problem-solving approach.

L1/L2 production support experience.
-
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge on Service Now(Incidents, Problems &Change Orders).
-
GCP Engineering or Architecture Certification preferred is desirable but not essential.
