-Act as an informed and empowered delegate for the Regional ET Head within the delivery organization.

-Act as a Servant Leader for the ET China delivery organization, engaging across teams to understand challenges in order faciliate blocker identification and removal.

-Maintain an understanding across delivery outcomes, team capacity and skill mix, funding position, and governance to provide situational assessments and recommendations to Regional Head of ET.

-Ensure good alignment across key stakeholders in Tech and the business.

-Champion for Delivery and Engineering best practices with mechanisms in place for continuous improvement.

-Champion Value Stream practices, FSA adoption, and seeking opportunites for service demise.

-Engaged with key design decisions, actively advocating for innersourcing and codesign opportunities for the organization.

-Substanital experience in software delivery and related governance, working closely with business staekholders and leaders.

-Strong understanding of HSBC Agile Framework and Value Stream best practices

-Conversant with ET Vision DORA metrics and how these are enabled in the delivery organization.

-Able to take a "helicopter" management approach, to see and make judgements about the big picture, but when needed can drop into technical detail and understand quickly to help remove blockers.
