I. Job Responsibilities
1. Content Development
• Content Planning and execution: Responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing short video content, keep improving the quality of video content, and increasing brand exposure and user engagement.
• Influencer Collaboration: Seek out and collaborate with KOLs and KOCs to promote products and increase sales and brand awareness.
• Internal cross-departmental communication:cooperate with marketing to develop Band KOL Matrix and continue to optimize
2. Daily Store Operation Management
• Product Management: Responsible for product listing and delisting, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information, optimizing product descriptions and images to enhance product appeal.
• Activity Planning and Execution: Support and develop marketing activity plans for in-store landing
• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Daily monitor store operation data, including traffic, conversion rates, ATV, and ROI, analyze data trends, and provide a basis for operational strategy adjustments.
• Customer Service: Promptly handle customer inquiries and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Fan Interaction: Interact with fans on the platform, respond to comments, and enhance fan stickiness.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, including influencers, suppliers, and other partners.
• DP management
II. Job Requirements
• Minimum 2-year DY Ecommerce operation experience, Candidates with successful operation cases background is preferred
• Proficient in using Douyin's operation tools, and familiar with traffic mechanisms
• Excellent content planning and creation skills, able to produce engaging short video content.
• Strong customer and consumer focus and insight in B2B business is preferred
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with cross functions
