This role will take charge mainly the BB Part of BSM core category.
Key responsibilities will incl.:
• To support LM to identify SOG of responsible category from external market, competition landscape, TA’s behavior movements to develop growth strategy
• Plan and execute integrated brand communication activations independently, incl. yearly communication content building, media/social strategy, digital campaign/offline event etc., to successfully amplify brand image and leading to high-effective sales conversion.
• Good project management and agility to lead cross team (RD/SC/Procurement/Fin) to deliver product and brand image upgrade project within timeline, which will include upgrading the product package, label, claim and other product assets.
• Also need to keep an close eye on market movements, identify new opportunities and challenges, co-op with sales team to deliver quick and effective solutions to boost business growth.
• Responsible for annual budget, campaign post evaluation and P&L.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree above, 3-4 years’ of marketing experience minimum (relative experience in Foods & Beverage related industry, or relative BB experience will be a plus).
• Result driven and growth mindset.
