Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented trade marketing assistant manager to join our fast-growing brand. This role will be responsible for end-to-end execution of omni-channel promotion, mini-program mall business and operation , OOH ,offline exposure ,and daily coordination and supporting with existing stores. You will act as the key liaison between cross-functional teams (marketing, EC, retail, external agency) to ensure seamless delivery of marketing materials, communication alignment, and campaign mechanics implementation while embodying the brand’s aesthetic and engaging consumers at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotion Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement integrated omni-channel promotion strategies aligned with brand objectives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always on
- Manage promotion mechanics to ensure consistency across channels.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Related sample and GWM focus and stock management
- Mini-Program Mall Management
- Business plan and strategy of mini-program mall.
- Oversee daily operations of the brand’s WeChat Mini Program Mall, including product listing, content updates, promotion banner design coordination, and order fulfillment support.
- Collaborate with external agency to optimize user experience (UX) and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Drive mini-program growth through targeted promotions, member exclusive offers, and cross-promotion with offline stores.
- Balance the business and offers between mini-program mall and offline FFS self-pick up
- OOH and offline exposure management
- Plan and execute OOH resources in key cities and retailors, including site selection, creative material coordination, and budget management.
- Ensure OOH assets align with brand guidelines and campaign messaging; monitor installation quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with offline sales team to get more exposure resources from landlords and responsible for the asset’s delivery
- Retail Store Daily Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing stores to address daily marketing needs:
- Coordinate with the design team to deliver store-specific materials
- Communicate campaign updates, promotion mechanics, and brand standards to store teams.
- Collect feedback from stores to optimize marketing materials and execution.
- Ensure consistency between online (mini-program) and offline (store) marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to brief creative requirements, review materials, and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with sales,EC,supply chain,finance teams to resolve cross-departmental issues and ensure campaign smoothness.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign processes, store feedback, and material versions for knowledge sharing.
