- Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision

- Support manager to organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications, supplier landscape and market compshop

- Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in China and Southeast Asia area.

- Coach new suppliers and refresh incumbent suppliers for whole THD business process include NDA, SBA, Business terms, PLI, THD system and process guidance and collect documents

-   Support Manager on the arrangement of trip itineraries and related lodging, transportation, supplier communication and trip books preparation. 

- Coordinate with cross functional team, PE, Packaging, SQE, SCO, IL, Onboarding, AP for key project development

- Hosting weekly conference call with US and Canada team during night. (1-2times per week)

- Hosting weekly teams meeting in office, makes agenda and recap before and after meeting.

- File and correctly group new catalogues. Regularly keeping all data refreshed include supplier documents and business-related documents.

- Other daily supporting with defined process 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES 

- Fluent in both verbal and written English, 

- Strong Skill in Excel, PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Tableau or Power app is a plus 

- Strong sense of logic, analytical skill

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment

- Team player can collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Willing to travel for business needs

- Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred.

- BS or above in Business Management or related field with 3-5 years of working experience preferred
